This project included converting the client’s basement to a legal apartment. The changes included adding an egress window for the bedroom and a walkout from the basement completed by another company. I was hired to frame, drywall, install door/window trim, paint the new entrance door, egress window, add a new interior door to the bedroom, and install tile near the entrance door. The kitchen and bathroom faucets were tightened, and the front entrance door, which was difficult to close, was realigned. I also completed painting of the walls and ceiling.
