West Mississauga Handyman recently took on a pressure wash, stain and seal project in Mississauga. We first prepared the work site by watering and covering planters and flower beds, and covering the air conditioner. We then removed existing stain/paint from the 10’x 25′ deck using Olympic Deck Stain Stripper and pressure washing the deck providing a clean surface for new stain. We let the deck dry for 48 hours. The final step was a light sanding of the deck using 60 Grit sandpaper followed by the application of the Olympic semi transparent Timberline stain.
